Introducing the IMCC Emerging Museum Professional Scholarship!
IMCC is pleased to announce the creation of the Emerging Museum Professional Scholarship. IMCC strongly believes in supporting the development of the next generation of museum professionals. We understand the importance of professional development and networking in the museum field. We will be offering two scholarships to IMCC Edinburgh 2024.
Scholarship Guidelines:
3-5 years of experience in the museum field
Must work in the host city of Oman or Edinburgh
Letter of recommendation by an appropriate leader at the applicant’s museum
(The recommendation letter must be sent in English to Brian Mandrier - brian@mandriergroup.com by 1 October for an application to be considered for Edinburgh)Complete the written statement of interest by answering two questions:
How will attending IMCC enhance your career?
How will attending IMCC enhance your museum
Program Benefits:
Complimentary registration to attend IMCC.
Complimentary registration to attend the pre-congress workshop at IMCC (if a workshop is being offered)
A one-year subscription to MuseumINSIDER
Selection Process
Finalists will be reviewed and selected by the IMCC Scholarship subcommittee.
